Toothless Princess Camp

One of the young girls in the neighborhood put together a week long Princess Camp. It's the cutest thing!

Today was the first day. "Get to know you" Day. Jennica decorated this lovely wood picture frame, and came home saying her tummy was soooo full from snacks.

I am pretty impressed. This young women put together this camp with her mom and sister. The Mom ran an at home day care for about 6 years, and just really knows her stuff. Each day of camp lasts an hour and a half, and the cost is $4.00 per day, or $15.00 for the week. --With great crafts... and healthy snacks!! I have the feeling she's doing this as a service project and learning experience and not to earn money. What a great opportunity!

Jennica lost her first tooth last week. She is so excited! Now she has a "straw hole" just like her brother! She put her tooth under her pillow for the tooth fairy, and for some reason, in our house, the tooth fairy always forgets to come for several days, and then feels back and leaves extra money!

This one earned her two shiny new quarters!

The Husband here:
The funnest thing about the tooth is that it is the tooth directly under the chipped tooth. So there is really 1 1/2 teeth missing from that vertical line of teeth. The hole is much larger than one missing tooth (and the half tooth is lose as well).

That princess camp sounds amazing! Sign all of my girls up too please :o) I wish there was something like that here! And I have to say I was laughing when you said the tooth fairy forgets to come...we have totally done the same thing! There have been several mornings where Josh is trying to sneak in really quick right before Felicity wakes up to deliver the goods. Oops! WE are always so tired at night, we forget :o) At least Jennica got a great pay off for the tooth fairy's forgetfulness! LOL!

I love that you haven't gone over board on the tooth fairy. My neighbor just gave her 9 year old $10 and I thought, dang I would pull out one of my teeth for that much money.

She looks so cute Cam. Emi saw the dentist yesterday and the dentist said her bottom two will be out before Christmas as they are a bit wobbly. So exciting!

By the way, I LOVE Jen's dress, it's gorgeous. Perfect for a princess.
